Each member has a user name and password that is based on your name and your email address as listed in the Membership Roster. The user name is constructed by swapping the first and last name as they appear in the roster, deleting spaces and punctuation, and then cuttng the name off after 12 characters.

For example, if the roster shows you name as: “Welsh Jr., J. David”. The rearranged name becomes: “JDavidWelshJr” . This name gets cut off after 12 characters, so the user name is: “JDavidWelshJ”.

The password is constructed from your email address exactly as shown in the roster but it is cut off after 8 characters. For example, “dave.weslh@hotmail.com” becomes: “dave.wel”, and “Bob63@aol.com” becomes: “Bob63@ao”.
